Aviva completed the acquisition of AIG Life from Corebridge Financial for $563m.

Aviva, a multinational insurance company, completed the acquisition of AIG Life, an insurance agency, from Corebridge Financial, an American multinational financial services company, for $563m. “This acquisition brings significant strategic and financial benefits to Aviva.
