Mediterranean Shipping Company, an international shipping line, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Italo Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori, an Italian open-access train operating company, from Global Infrastructure Partners, an independent infrastructure investor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
