SK Capital completed the acquisition of Milestone Environmental Services from Amberjack Capital Partners.

SK Capital, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Milestone Environmental Services, a national provider of oilfield waste solutions with an engineered waste disposal process that is environmentally focused, from Amberjack Capital Partners, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “SK Capital’s industry and operating expertise and track record of successfully partnering with management teams to execute transformational strategies make it an ideal partner for Milestone at this phase of our journey.
