Energo-Pro completed the acquisition of Ferroatlántica and Feroe Ventures & Investments from Sixth Street.

Energo-Pro, company specialized in hydroelectric generation, completed the acquisition of Ferroatlántica, suppliers of silicon metal, silicon-based and manganese-based specialty alloys and ferroalloys, and Feroe Ventures & Investments, a venture capital firm, from Sixth Street, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
