Private equity firms Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Neuberger Berman to acquire a minority stake in Integrated Power Services, an engineering company that offers electric motors and generators services, from Searchlight Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “IPS plays a crucial role in keeping our industrial complex up and running.
