Hivest Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Marie-Laure.

Hivest Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Marie-Laure, a company on the premium point of sales merchandising for cosmetics players. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very happy Marie-Laure Traux-Binsse trusted our ability to support the company in this new chapter.
