Named Group, a dietary supplements, medical devices, and cosmetics company, completed the acquisition of New Penta, an Italian integrated nutrition player, from Orienta Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The transaction with New Penta will further strengthen Named Group’s leadership position in the Italian nutraceutical market.
