L'Occitane completed the acquisition of Dr. Vranjes Firenze from Bluegem Capital Partners.

L'Occitane, a manufacturer and retailer of premium and sustainable beauty and wellness products, completed the acquisition of Dr. Vranjes Firenze, a luxury home fragrance brand, from Bluegem Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Bluegem supported our strategic vision and enabled meaningful growth while honouring the rich heritage of Dr. Vranjes.
