Global Infrastructure Partners completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in Revolution Wind and South Fork Wind from Eversource Energy for $1.1bn.

Global Infrastructure Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in offhore wind farms Revolution Wind and South Fork Wind from Eversource Energy, an energy company, for $1.1bn. "We have reached an important milestone today in our commitment as a pure-play regulated pipes and wires utility that delivers superior service and value to our customers.
