Coca-Cola İçecek, an anchor bottler and a part of the Coca-Cola System, and CCI International Holland, a multinational beverage company, completed the acquisition of Coca-Cola Bangladesh Beverages, a company engaged in manufacturing, bottling, packaging, sales, distribution, marketing and supply of beverages and packaged drinking water, for $130m.
