Coca-Cola İçecek and CCI International Holland completed the acquisition of Coca-Cola Bangladesh Beverages for $130m.

Coca-Cola İçecek, an anchor bottler and a part of the Coca-Cola System, and CCI International Holland, a multinational beverage company, completed the acquisition of Coca-Cola Bangladesh Beverages, a company engaged in manufacturing, bottling, packaging, sales, distribution, marketing and supply of beverages and packaged drinking water, for $130m. "We are very pleased to sign the share purchase agreement to acquire CCBB, which we see as a great opportunity to enter a market with significant future potential, where growth and value can be generated by deploying CCI's core capabilities.
