Triple Private Equity to acquire a majority stake in SmartSearch from Marlin Equity Partners.

Triple Private Equity, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in SmartSearch, a UK provider of digital compliance and anti-money laundering software, from Marlin Equity Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to announce Triple Private Equity’s first investment in SmartSearch.
