OTPP, Centerbridge Partners and Smith Financial-backed Fairstone Bank, a lending solutions provider, agreed to merge with Home Trust, a financial services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This combination is the next natural step in our goal to be Canada’s most accessible and responsible lending bank.
