KKR completed the acquisition of a minority stake in SunFireMatrix from Stone Point Capital.

KKR, a global investment firm, completed the acquisition of a stake in SunFireMatrix, a software and tech-enabled services platform serving the insurance distribution and health plan markets, from Stone Point Capital, a private equity company.
