Impresoft to acquire Ribes Solutions.

Impresoft, a software company, agreed to acquire Ribes Solutions, a customized SAP solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this operation, the fourth that Impresoft has completed in 2024, the Group's desire to invest in growth is clear. The group has expressed significant growth during 2023, achieving 200 million in revenues and effectively doubling its size compared to 2022. Ribes Solutions allows us to further consolidate our Business Solutions Competence Center and in particular ERP solutions, strengthening our value proposition on SAP.
