Bruker, a global life science analytical instrument company, completed the acquisition of NanoString Technologies, a provider of life science tools for discovery and translational research, for $393m. “We have a proven track record in successfully integrating and nurturing our acquired businesses for growth and increased profitability, while preserving their cutting-edge R&D.
