EQT Partners to acquire OX2 for $1.5bn.

EQT Partners, a Swedish global investment organization, agreed to acquire OX2, a renewable energy platform, for $1.5bn. "We’ll continue geographically and technology-wise what the company has been doing, and we’ll obviously continue with the team, which we strongly support," Christoph Balzer, EQT Partner.
