Warburg Pincus and Temasek completed the acquisition of Specialist Risk Group from HGGC for £1.1bn.

Investment companies Warburg Pincus and Temasek completed the acquisition of Specialist Risk Group, a specialist insurance intermediary, from HGGC, a private equity firm, for £1.1bn.
