Golub Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Nassau Financial, a provider of fixed annuities and asset management, for $200m. This investment provides capital to support Nassau’s growth strategy, including through organic growth, acquisitions and strengthening its balance sheet.
