Golub Capital to acquire a minority stake in Nassau Financial for $200m.

Golub Capital, a private equity firm, to acquire a minority stake in Nassau Financial, a provider of fixed annuities and asset management, for $200m. “We are excited to expand our investor group as we begin a new strategic partnership with Golub Capital.
