Authentic Brands Group completed the acquisition of Champion from HanesBrands for $1.2bn.

Authentic Brands Group, a global brand development, marketing, and entertainment platform, completed the acquisition of Champion, a producer of high-quality sports apparel, from HanesBrands, an American multinational clothing company, for $1.2bn.
