Norlys to acquire EWII Fibernet.

Norlys, a telecommunication firm, agreed to acquire EWII Fibernet, a multipurpose utility company. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition of EWII’s Fibre network Norlys’ fibre business will cover more than one million addresses, providing further scale to continue its investments in a future-proof sustainable, and secure digital infrastructure in Denmark.
