Sony Pictures Entertainment, a multinational mass media and entertainment studio conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, an American dine-in cinema chain, from Altamont Capital Partners, a private equity firm, Fortress Investment Group, an investment management firm, and Tim League, a founder of Alamo Drafthouse Cinema.
