Bain Capital completed the acquisition of Envestnet for $4.5bn.

Bain Capital, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Envestnet, an American financial technology corporation, for $4.5bn. "This represents an exciting new chapter in Envestnet's history, paving the way for accelerated growth and building on our position as a leading wealth management platform in the industry," Jim Fox, Envestnet Board Chair and Interim CEO.
