Bain Capital along with other investors completed the acquisition of Envestnet for $4.5bn.

Bain Capital, a private investment firm, along with other investors, Reverence Capital Partners, Norwest Venture Partners, BlackRock, Fidelity Investments, Franklin Templeton, and State Street Global Advisors, completed the acquisition of Envestnet, an American financial technology corporation, for $4.5bn. "This represents an exciting new chapter in Envestnet's history, paving the way for accelerated growth and building on our position as a leading wealth management platform in the industry," Jim Fox, Envestnet Board Chair and Interim CEO.
