Resolute completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in CompoSecure from LLR Partners for $372m.

Resolute, an investment firm under the leadership of David Cote and Tom Knott, completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in CompoSecure, a metal payment cards, security, and authentication solutions provider, from LLR Partners, a private equity firm, for $372m. “We are excited to begin working with Jon Wilk and the team at CompoSecure to continue driving long-term value for shareholders.
