Affidea to acquire Nu-Med from Enterprise Investors.

Affidea, a diagnostic imaging and community-based polyclinic and specialist healthcare services provider, agreed to acquire Nu-Med, a cancer care provider, from Enterprise Investors, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
