Capgemini to acquire Syniti from Bridge Growth Partners.

Capgemini, a technology services and consulting company, agreed to acquire Syniti, a data migration, quality, and governance capabilities all in one platform provider, from Bridge Growth Partners, a private equity firm that targets investments in the technology and technology-enabled services sectors.
