Hg-backed Ncontracts completed the acquisition of Venminder from Gryphon.

Hg-backed Ncontracts, a provider of integrated risk management software, completed the acquisition of Venminder, a provider offering a unified SaaS platform for third-party risk management, from Gryphon, a private equity firm.
