BPD, an area and project developer, agreed to acquire BEMOG Projektontwikkeling, a real estate developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. We know BEMOG well from various projects in which we are already working together. The acquisition of BEMOG, which has a strong market position in various regions, fits within BPD's strategy to make affordable housing accessible to everyone.
