Blackstone and Vista Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Smartsheet for $8.4bn.

Private equity firms Blackstone and Vista Equity Partners, completed the acquisition of Smartsheet, a cloud-based work management platform, for $8.4bn. “We are so pleased to reach another significant milestone, and look forward with optimism to the next chapter for Smartsheet.
