SBA Communications to acquire a tower portfolio from Millicom International Cellular for $975m.

SBA Communications, a real estate investment trust, agreed to acquire a tower portfolio of approximately 7,000 towers in Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, El Salvador and Nicaragua from Millicom International Cellular, a provider of fixed and mobile telecommunications services in Latin America, for $975m.
