Wren House and QTS Realty Trust formed a joint venture.

Wren House, a global infrastructure investment firm, and QTS Realty Trust, a global data center services provider, formed a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with QTS to support this high-quality data centre portfolio.
