Davidson Kempner, an investment management firm, and Nature Infrastructure Capital, a sector-focused private equity firm, completed the acquisition of renewables project development business from Greencells Group, a private equity firm dedicated to investing in the global energy transition. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This sale marks a significant milestone in Greencells’ growth journey.
