KLAR Partners-backed Sandbäckens completed the acquisition of Umia Stockholm from Adler.

KLAR Partners-backed Sandbäckens, a Sweden-based construction company that provides sprinkler systems and industrial services, completed the acquisition of Umia Stockholm, a provider of electrical installations, from Adler, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "After eight successful years, we see great potential in joining Sandbäckens. This collaboration opens opportunities to work with other companies within the group and further develop our business. We are excited to contribute to Sandbäckens’ growth," Jonas Hedlund, Umia Stockholm MD.
