Nimlas to acquire Umia Stockholm from Adler.

Nimlas, a pan-Nordic leader in technical installation and service company, agreed to acquire Umia Stockholm, a provider of electrical installations, from Adler, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "After eight successful years, we see great potential in joining Sandbäckens. This collaboration opens opportunities to work with other companies within the group and further develop our business. We are excited to contribute to Sandbäckens’ growth," Jonas Hedlund, Umia Stockholm MD.
