IK Partners to acquire a majority stake in Dains Accountants from Horizon Capital.

IK Partners, a European private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Dains Accountants, a provider of accountancy and business advisory services in the UK, from Horizon Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Dains is a strong business with an impressive history of delivering exceptional client services and business growth year on year.
