New Mountain-backed Pearce Services, a provider of operations, maintenance, and engineering services for critical infrastructure, completed the acquisition of Unified Power, a provider of repair and maintenance services for uninterruptible power supply systems and backup power generators. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Unified Power marks a significant milestone in our Company’s history.
