FuboTV to merge with Hulu + Live TV business of Disney.

FuboTV, a sports-focused live TV streaming service, agreed to merge with Hulu + Live TV business of Disney, a producer and provider of entertainment and information. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This combination will allow both Hulu + Live TV and Fubo to enhance and expand their virtual MVPD offerings and provide consumers with even more choice and flexibility.
