EQT to acquire Scale Microgrids.

EQT, a global investment organization, agreed to acquire Scale Microgrids, a vertically-integrated energy company that designs, builds, finances, owns, and operates distributed energy assets that deliver cheaper, cleaner, and more resilient power.
