EQT Partners to acquire Scale Microgrids from Warburg Pincus for $160m.

EQT Partners, an investment organisation, agreed to acquire Scale Microgrids, a vertically-integrated energy company, from Warburg Pincus, a private equity firm, for $160m. “Today marks the start of an exciting new chapter for our company. EQT brings a depth of experience, resources, and capital that will enable us to continue pursuing our vision to power the world with distributed energy.
