ARCHIMED-backed NAMSA to acquire the US medical device testing operations from WuXi AppTec.

ARCHIMED-backed NAMSA, a medtech testing, clinical and regulatory consulting firm, agreed to acquire the US medical device testing operations from WuXi AppTec, a company that provides a broad portfolio of R&D and manufacturing services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are extremely pleased to announce our agreement with WuXi AppTec, as it enables us to expand our portfolio of clinical research and testing solutions for clients.
