AlphaPet Ventures completed the acquisition of JR Pet Products.

AlphaPet Ventures, a company focused on promoting healthy animal food, completed the acquisition of JR Pet Products, a company specializing in the healthiest single source protein dog treats. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our partnership with the AlphaPet team marks an exciting new chapter for JR.
