Voilàp Glass, an industrial technology provider that supplies the specialized machinery required to create processed glass components, completed the acquisition of 51% stake in Mappi International, a specialist in the design and production of glass tempering furnaces and systems for flat glass processing. Financial terms were not disclosed.
