Jashvik Capital completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Midas Hygiene Industries.

Jashvik Capital, a mid-market sector focused private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Midas Hygiene Industries, a home and personal care manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have been impressed by the strength of their brands, and the quality of [Midas Hygiene's] team, vendors and channel partners. We hope to leverage these strengths to address consumer needs in innovative ways and to grow the company both organically and inorganically,” Naresh Patwari, Jashvik Capital Founder and Managing Partner.
