EnTrust Global-backed Rocktree Logistics Group to acquire Atria Logistica.

EnTrust Global-backed Rocktree, an American infrastructure service provider through a global network of offshore terminals, shuttle vessels, barges, and other turnkey solutions, agreed to acquire Atria Solutions, a South American port services and river transportation group, from Southern Cross Group, a Latin American private equity fund.
