Vandemoortele completed the acquisition of Lizzi from Forno d’Asolo.

Vandemoortele, a food group in Europe with a major presence in Italy, completed the acquisition of Lizzi, a producer and distributor of frozen bakery products, from Forno d’Asolo, a producer of frozen bakery products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to welcome Lizzi into the Vandemoortele family.
