Knox Lane completed the acquisition of a majority stake in HighGround from Trivest Partners.

Knox Lane, a growth-oriented investment firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in HighGround, a residential restoration services platform, from Trivest Partners, a private equity firm focused on founder and family-owned businesses.
