Lyft completed the acquisition of Freenow from BMW Group and Mercedes-Benz Mobility for $197m.

Lyft, a ride hailing marketplace, completed the acquisition of Freenow, a European multi-mobility app with a taxi offering at its core, from BMW Group, a multinational manufacturer of vehicles, and Mercedes-Benz Mobility, a mobility services provider, for $197m. “Every conversation I've had with FREENOW drivers and team members has reminded me why we’re joining forces: to bring the best of each company to the other.
