Lyft completed the acquisition of FREENOW from BMW Group and Mercedes-Benz Mobility for €204.1m.

Lyft, a ride hailing marketplace, completed the acquisition of FREENOW, a European multi-mobility app with a taxi offering at its core, from BMW Group, a multinational manufacturer of vehicles, and Mercedes-Benz Mobility, a mobility services provider, for €204.1m. “Joining forces with Lyft is a powerful step forward for FREENOW and marks the beginning of an ambitious new phase—one where we strengthen our role as a leading force in European mobility,” Thomas Zimmermann, FREENOW CEO.
