Rosebank Industries to acquire Electrical Components International from Cerberus for $1.9bn.

Rosebank Industries, an investment company, agreed to acquire Electrical Components International, a company specialised in critical electrical distribution systems, from Cerberus, an alternative investment firm, for $1.9bn.
